Refund Policy


My goal is to ensure that I make quality items that will hold up in time and create a business relationship that keeps you returning to my site as well as referring your friends and family to my site for their custom needs.

With that being said, my return & refund policy is:

  • Custom orders created by my clients cannot be returned for a refund. We ensure the quality of the bag/wallet/organizer/shirt before it is shipped. If there are ANY imperfections the client is notified, and a discount is given before the item is shipped.
  • Premade orders also go through a Q&A procedure before it is shipped. We do test and take many pictures before it leaves us to ensure it is in great condition before it ships. Therefore, no refunds are given.
